Will my customers know it is an AI calling about the invoice?

Yes — always. Every Syntharra call opens with a mandatory AI disclosure: 'Hi, I'm an AI assistant calling on behalf of [Your Business].' This disclosure is hardcoded and cannot be disabled. It is both a legal requirement under TCPA and an ethical standard. Customers who know they are speaking with an AI tend to respond more directly and without the social friction that human collection calls can create — they are less likely to feel embarrassed and more likely to commit to a payment date or request a callback. Call recordings are available in your dashboard so you can listen to exactly how any call was handled.
