FAQ · Invoice Collection
What happens when the AI leaves a voicemail about an invoice?
When the AI voice agent reaches voicemail, it leaves a short, TCPA-compliant message. The message states your business name, a callback number, and that you are calling regarding an account matter. Critically, the AI does not state the invoice amount or any financial details in a voicemail — doing so could constitute a third-party disclosure violation if someone other than the intended recipient hears the message. The voicemail attempt counts toward the three-attempt limit per invoice. If the debtor calls back to the number provided, they reach a human representative on your end — Syntharra does not intercept inbound calls.
