Syntharra integrates directly with QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, Square, Zoho Books, and Jobber via OAuth — no API keys or CSV exports required. Once connected, Syntharra reads your invoice aging report in real time and monitors for invoices that cross the overdue threshold. When an invoice hits day three past due, the AI voice agent is triggered automatically. Payments recorded in your accounting software (whether through Syntharra or outside it) are detected within 15 minutes, and scheduled calls are cancelled if the invoice is already marked paid. The integration is read-only for invoice data — Syntharra never writes to your books.
