FAQ · Invoice Collection
How quickly can an overdue invoice be recovered?
Most overdue invoices that will be paid voluntarily are recovered within the first two contact attempts — typically within days three to seven past the due date. Payment delay at this stage is usually administrative: the invoice was overlooked, the approval process is slow, or the payment portal wasn't bookmarked. A voice call on day three that routes the contact to a direct payment link can result in same-day payment. Recovery rates drop significantly after 30 days, and invoices over 90 days past due have roughly a 50% chance of never being recovered without legal action. This is why Syntharra triggers on day three rather than waiting for the 30- or 60-day mark.
