Quick answer

What is Syntharra and who do I contact for press?

Syntharra is an AI voice agent that recovers overdue invoices for small service businesses on a 10 percent success fee. It plugs into QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Square, Zoho Books, and Jobber. The product is built solo by Dan, the founder, with a deterministic compliance layer that handles TCPA call windows, AI disclosure, and dispute routing before the language model is invoked. 100 words

Syntharra is an AI voice agent that recovers overdue invoices for small service businesses. The product connects to QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Square, Zoho Books, or Jobber via OAuth, watches the aging report, and calls customers three days past due inside the federal TCPA call window. The agent identifies as AI on the opening line, takes payment via Stripe Connect, and routes any dispute back to a human in the business's office. Pricing is success-fee only: ten percent of recovered amount, no monthly charge. Founded in 2025 by Dan, built solo, based in Ireland and serving the United States.

Syntharra is an AI voice agent that recovers overdue invoices for small service businesses on a 10 percent success fee. The product was founded in 2025 by Dan, who previously built an AI receptionist for trades businesses, and is being built solo.

Syntharra connects to QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, Square, Zoho Books, or Jobber via OAuth, monitors the aging report on a recurring sync, and calls customers three days after an invoice goes past due. The voice agent identifies as AI on the opening line — a hardcoded disclosure that the language model cannot skip — and takes payment via Stripe Connect, schedules a callback, or routes any dispute back to a human in the business's office. Recovered funds route through the customer's own Stripe account; Syntharra never holds payments.

The compliance architecture is the differentiator: TCPA call windows, AI disclosure, recording notice, and dispute triggers are enforced by deterministic code before the language model is ever invoked, not by prompting the model to behave. The product is based in Ireland and serves the United States. Press contact: founders@syntharra.com.

Founder bio

Dan, Founder of Syntharra

founders@syntharra.com

Dan is the founder of Syntharra. Before this he built an AI receptionist product for trades businesses; the same sales conversations kept landing on the same problem — phones weren't the bottleneck, unpaid invoices were. He started Syntharra in 2025 to solve that, solo, with a compliance-first architecture that separates legally load-bearing content (dollar amounts, disclosures, dispute triggers) from the language model. The full founder letter is at /founder.

Used for emphasis, the AI-disclosure border on Quick-answer blocks, and the success-fee callout on pricing cards.

Verifiable receipts

Three published case studies with real customer names and real dollar amounts. We do not anonymise the numbers, do not round up, and do not omit the cases where disputes had to route to a human.
