Zoho Books · Invoice recovery
Zoho Books invoice collection, automated
Connect Zoho Books in under a minute, on any region. Three days after an invoice goes past due, the voice agent calls the customer inside the legal call window. You pay ten percent of what gets recovered. Nothing recovered, nothing charged.
How does Syntharra collect overdue invoices for Zoho Books users?
Syntharra connects to Zoho Books through Zoho's standard OAuth flow with read-only access to your invoices and contacts. We support all Zoho regions: US, EU, India, and Australia. The aging report syncs every few hours. When an invoice crosses three days past due, the voice agent dials inside the TCPA call window, opens with an AI-and-recording disclosure, and either takes payment via Stripe Connect, schedules a callback, or routes a dispute to your office. The fee is ten percent of what gets recovered.
How Syntharra works with Zoho Books, step by step
- 01
Connect Zoho Books on your region
Standard Zoho OAuth handshake. We auto-detect your region (zoho.com, zoho.eu, zoho.in, zoho.com.au) from the OAuth response and route every API call to the right regional endpoint. Read-only access on invoices and contacts; no write access.
- 02
Phone numbers come from the Contacts API
Zoho Books does not return the customer phone number on the invoice payload. The agent makes a second API call to the Contacts endpoint to pull the phone, then dials. This is one of those quirks that breaks naive integrations; we handle it inside the sync layer.
- 03
We monitor your Zoho ledger silently
Every few hours the latest Zoho sync runs against your region's API base. Paid, voided, and credited invoices are filtered out. Anything three or more days past due with a contact phone number enters the queue.
- 04
The voice agent calls inside legal hours
Hardcoded AI disclosure. Hardcoded recording notice. The agent takes card payment, sends a pay-link by SMS, or schedules a callback. Disputes end the call and route to your office.
What you actually get
All Zoho regions supported
US, EU, India, and Australia. Each region has its own API base; we route correctly per client based on the OAuth response, not on a hardcoded default. EU GDPR data residency is preserved.
Phone-not-on-invoice quirk handled
Zoho Books returns the phone on the Contacts endpoint, not on the Invoice endpoint. We pull both before queuing the call, so no invoice gets stuck in 'no phone available' purgatory.
First call on day three, every time
Inside the customer's local timezone, never on weekends. The agent identifies as AI on the opening line.
Recordings, transcripts, full dashboard
Same dashboard regardless of which Zoho region you're on. Listen to any call. Read the transcript. Pause any invoice.
Zoho records stay read-only
We do not modify your Zoho Books ledger. Recovered Stripe payments reconcile back into Zoho through whatever existing connection you have.
Pricing
Recovered funds route through Stripe Connect into your own Stripe account. Syntharra never holds your money. The success fee is taken at the point of recovery via Stripe's application fee mechanism.
Zoho Books questions, answered
For broader product questions covering security and the dashboard, see the full FAQ.
Which Zoho regions does Syntharra support?
All four: US (zoho.com), EU (zoho.eu), India (zoho.in), and Australia (zoho.com.au). Region detection happens automatically during the OAuth callback. Your data stays on your region's API base; we do not cross-route.
Does Zoho's missing-phone quirk break the integration?
No. Zoho Books does not include the customer phone on the invoice payload, only on the Contacts payload. We make a second API call to the Contacts endpoint before queuing the call, so the phone is always available when the dialer fires.
What does Syntharra read from my Zoho Books account?
Invoice status, due date, balance, contact name, contact phone (from the Contacts API), and contact email. Read-only.
Will Syntharra modify my Zoho records?
No. The integration is read-only. We never create, edit, void, or reconcile invoices in Zoho Books. Recovered Stripe payments flow back through whatever Stripe-Zoho connection you already have.
Do you charge a monthly fee for the Zoho Books integration?
No. Ten percent of what gets recovered. No setup fee, no per-call fee, no minimum, no monthly subscription.
What happens if I disconnect Zoho Books?
OAuth breaks immediately. The next scheduler tick exits. In-flight calls cancel. Recovered payments already in your Stripe account stay yours.
Ready to put Zoho Books on autopilot?
Connect Zoho Books in under a minute. The first call goes out three days after your next overdue invoice. You pay ten percent of what we recover and nothing if we recover nothing.
