How often does Syntharra sync with Jobber?

Every few hours by default. Paid, partially paid, voided, and bad-debted invoices are filtered out before the dialer fires.

What does Syntharra read from my Jobber account?

Invoice status, due date, balance, client name, client phone, client email, plus the linked job for context. Read-only. We do not pull employee schedules, time-tracking, or anything outside the invoicing module.

Will Syntharra modify my Jobber records?

No. Read-only access. We never create, edit, void, or reconcile invoices on your behalf. Recovered Stripe payments reconcile back into Jobber through whatever Stripe-Jobber connection you already have.

What if a customer disputes work that was performed?

The call ends immediately. The agent does not argue, does not re-sell, and does not acknowledge the disputed claim. The invoice gets flagged in your dashboard and the file routes to your office. Disputed invoices stay paused; we never call again on a contested balance until you tell us to.
