Syntharra connects to Xero via read-only OAuth and polls your invoice list for overdue balances roughly every 15 minutes. When an invoice crosses 3 days past due, our voice agent calls the customer — automatically, inside legal call windows, with every required disclosure hardcoded in the flow. Your Xero books are never written to.

Questions

Does Syntharra write to my Xero organisation?

No. We use a read-only OAuth scope. We can see your invoices, contacts, and phone numbers, but we cannot create, modify, or delete anything in Xero. Payment confirmation is captured through Stripe on our side.

How fast will Syntharra notice a new past-due Xero invoice?

We poll Xero roughly every 15 minutes. An invoice that crosses 3 days past due will enter the call queue the same day and be attempted inside the next legal call window (9 AM – 8 PM in the customer's local timezone, weekdays only).

Do you support Xero in all regions?

Yes. Syntharra handles Xero's multi-region OAuth flows. We've tested against the global, AU, NZ, UK, and US Xero API endpoints. If you run into a region issue, email support@syntharra.com.

What happens if I disconnect Xero?

Revoking the OAuth token stops all future polling and call attempts within minutes. In-flight calls finish naturally. We retain call recordings and transcripts per our retention policy — see /compliance.

Do you charge for connecting Xero?

No. Connecting Xero is free. Our only fee is 10% of the recovered amount, collected on successful payment.
