QuickBooks Online

Syntharra connects to QuickBooks Online via read-only OAuth and polls your invoice list roughly every 15 minutes. When an invoice crosses 3 days past due, our voice agent calls the customer on file — automatically, inside legal call windows, with TCPA disclosures hardcoded in the flow. You keep the books. We do the chasing.

What you get

Questions

Does Syntharra write to my QuickBooks books?

No. We request a read-only OAuth scope. We can see your invoices, customers, and contact numbers, but we cannot create, modify, or delete anything in QuickBooks. Payment confirmation is captured through Stripe on our side, not pushed back to QBO.

How fast will Syntharra notice a new past-due invoice?

We poll QuickBooks Online roughly every 15 minutes. In practice, an invoice that crosses 3 days past due will enter the call queue the same day and be attempted inside the next legal call window (9 AM – 8 PM in the customer's local timezone, weekdays only).

Do you support QuickBooks Desktop?

No. Syntharra integrates with QuickBooks Online only. If you're on Desktop, the migration to QBO is something we can't automate for you — Intuit runs a migration tool, and most businesses we onboard are already on QBO.

What happens if I disconnect QuickBooks?

Revoking the OAuth token from your QuickBooks account (or from your Syntharra dashboard) stops all future polling and call attempts within minutes. In-flight calls finish naturally. We retain call recordings and transcripts according to our retention policy — see /compliance.

Do you charge for connecting QuickBooks?

No. Connecting QuickBooks is free. There is no monthly charge. Our only fee is 10% of the recovered amount, collected on successful payment.
