Pay-link portal launched
Customer-facing payment portal is now live. When a customer on a call asks to pay online, they receive an SMS with a unique pay link immediately after the call ends. Links expire in 7 days. Card and ACH are both supported. The portal shows your business name, not Syntharra’s.
Florida call window tightened
Florida’s FCCPA imposes an 8am–8pm calling window, one hour narrower than the federal FDCPA baseline of 8am–9pm. The dialer now enforces the state-level window automatically for any billing address in FL. Existing active campaigns were updated retroactively. No action required.
Xero write-back enabled
When an invoice is fully collected via Syntharra, the payment is now recorded back to Xero automatically. Previously this required manual reconciliation in Xero after the fact. To enable, re-authorize your Xero connection from the integrations page. One-click re-auth; takes about 30 seconds.
Call recording dashboard
All call recordings are now accessible from the invoice detail view. Filter by outcome: paid, no answer, DNC request, or escalated. Recordings are retained for 90 days from the call date. Export individual calls as MP3. Recordings are visible only to account owners and admins.
Timezone detection for P.O. Box addresses
Invoices with P.O. Box billing addresses were falling back to UTC for timezone detection, which caused some calls to go out before 8am or after 9pm in the customer’s local time. Fixed: addresses with P.O. Box now resolve timezone from the city and state fields instead.
FreshBooks sync launched
FreshBooks is now a supported accounting integration alongside QuickBooks, Xero, and the others. Connect from the integrations page. Supports invoice sync, overdue detection, and payment write-back. Payment write-back requires FreshBooks Plus or higher.
