Syntharra runs first-party voice follow-up rather than portal-based collaboration. The call goes out on day three past due, the agent identifies as AI, and either takes payment through Stripe Connect or routes to your office. There is no portal for the customer to sign up for, no AP-side workflow to integrate with, and no setup beyond connecting your accounting software and Stripe. Success-fee pricing at ten percent of recovered amount with no monthly charge.
Migration checkpoints
- Disconnect Versapay's billing integration once Syntharra is connected to your accounting software.
- Communicate the change to customers who were already using the Versapay portal. Most will simply receive a phone call instead of a portal email.
- Confirm Stripe Connect is wired correctly. Syntharra never holds funds.
- If your team was using Versapay's cash application or remittance-matching features, note that Syntharra does not replace those.
What you keep
